Zebulon Hart is co-founder and COO of the American Solar Recycling Company and holds an appointment as part-time Instructor in the Department of Mining Engineering at the University of Kentucky (UK). Zebulon began his career in the mining and extractive metallurgy sectors, focusing on non-metallic mineral beneficiation, mineral fuel extraction, rare earth element concentration and recovery, and leading market analysis and business development efforts for two e-waste and base metal recycling startups. Zebulon went on to serve as Research Engineer for PPL Corporation, a Fortune 500 electric utility; contributing to over 140 unique electric power and natural gas research and development initiatives and leading collaborative efforts with the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) and peer utilities including Southern Company, Duke Energy, and Tennessee Valley Authority, among others. Zebulon holds BS and MS degrees in Mining Engineering from UK.
